TRAINERS DEVELOPMENT
- Frequent interactions with experts from different fields through seminars and group discussions helps out trainers to update their skills and knowledge.
- We also interact with the Government and Semi-Government organisations and from time to time depute our teachers to conduct test in those organizations.
- Periodic training and assessment of the trainers to keep them updated about the current market trends.
SPACE REQUIREMENTS
- The centre should have a space of 800 to 1000 Square Feet. The said space should have a provision for one theory classroom and one practical classroom. The above mentioned space specifications might vary depending on the locality / Place / Town / City.
- Ideally, the location of the centre should be on the Ground floor, which may sometimes be extended to the first and second floor.
- The centre should follow all the basic norms of maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness in and around the centre.
- The Centre building/space and the surrounding area should be conducive to learning and should have a peaceful and convenient environment for educational activities.
- The centre can be started in one’s own space or in a rented space. Proper documentation regarding the ownership of the space or the rent agreement with the proprietor will have to be submitted at the time of the agreement.
INFRASTRUCTURE
- A minimum of 8(eight) number of computers with the latest and updated configuration will be required to start the Centre. The centre should have the provisions to increase the number of computers as and when required.
- The centre should have adequate facilities for toilets and clean drinking water.
- There should be proper ventilation and light in the centre.
- A proper enclosure should be there in the centre in the form of walls, grills, and safety gates.
- The centre should have adequate provisions for power back up in the form of inverters and Genset.
- The location of the centre should be such that it should be easily accessible to essential amenities, transportation and medical facilities.
MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS
- Initially 1(one) counsellor, 1 one)/ 2 (two) faculty and 1 (one) cleaner will be required. The above requirement will increase as the number of students increases.
- The centre should recruit technically qualified and experienced faculties in their respective fields and subjects.
INVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS
- The franchisee fees will be Rs.1,00,000(one lakh).
- The Royalty will be 10% of the total course fees.
Interested parties can apply for opening a centre. After the receipt of the application authorised and expert personal from the head office will pay a visit to the proposed centre and will indulge in detailed discussions with the interested parties as per the terms and conditions. If the proposal yields a positive results then the following pre opening support will be provided to the centre.
PRE OPENING SUPPORT
- The dual objective is to provide quality and relevant training to the students and also to make the centre profitable. The support mechanisms that KCVT will provide to the centre is based on the enormous amount of experience that KCVT has in the field of vocational trining for the past 69 years. Hence aggressive Training of the Trainers (TOT) will be given to the faculties and counsellors of the centre, so that they in turn can provide the best training and mentoring to the students.
- Experts from KCVT will visit the centre and will provide suggestions and advices in designing the centre so that wastage are minimalised and it becomes conducive for learning.
- Each centre will be provided with initial marketing support and free supply of marketing and advertising material to help build the brand locally.
- Copies of Prospectus, Admission forms, text books, note books, receipt books will be provided to the centre to start business operations.
POST OPENING SUPPORT
- The centre will be able to connect and talk with the head office for any issues and advices that they might require in their day to day activities.
- A representative from the head office will pay periodic visits to the centre in order to periodically review the progress of the centre and provide any assistance if required.
- Various events are being organised in KCVT for the hollistic development of the students. The centre can take part in these events to make learning more fun.
- Joined events will be organised in order to minimise the costs of promoting and advertising and thereby build a strong brand image.
- KCVT has a dedicated team of highly trained professionals who constantly devise various cost effective marketing and advertising strategies for Brand Promotion in social and digital media. The centre will be able to take advantage of this experience and thereby will be able to promote and build their brand image.
- Regular interaction will be conducted between the Head office and the Centres in order to brief them about the latest developments taking place in the skill development sector. These interactions will also help and assist the centre to learn more about centre management and methodologies of teaching
